1. Products

• All pieces are handcrafted; slight variations in colour, finish and measurements are natural and not considered defects.
• Product images are for reference. Actual appearance may vary slightly with lighting and screen settings.
• Products are subject to availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
• The final payable amount is always confirmed on our server at checkout.

3. Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment (or COD placement) is completed successfully.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing begins immediately. Please review your order before completing the purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, with a full refund where applicable.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy.
