Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want your Livira Elegants pieces to reach you safely and on time. Here's how our shipping works.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Made-to-order or engraved pieces may take longer; the estimated time is shown on the product page.
• You'll receive your order reference by email as soon as the order is placed.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Other locations: approximately 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Delays may occasionally occur due to courier or regional conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹2,500.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies below that value.
• Charges, if any, are always shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share tracking details over WhatsApp or email so you can follow your parcel to your door.

5. Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible orders (subject to a maximum order value and your pincode). Where COD isn't available, secure online payment can be used instead.
